There is much to be learned from the collaboration challenge that was faced by California Baptist University (CBU). This case study outlines CBU’s need for a rapid transition to secure distance learning with thousands of users. The solution of Cisco products included networking, telepresence, Webex, security and service can be easily applied to government agencies using FedRAMP approved Cisco products. The university was able to manage all the technologies under a singular integrated platform that flexes with users.
